N.Y. bus to recruit students to promote services

GARDEN CITY, N.Y. —  The Nassau County-owned bus system, Nassau Inter-County Express (NICE) is partnering with the local community college to designate "student ambassadors" who will help provide transportation information to students, including answering questions about bus routes and schedules, Newsday reported. The program, which is still under development, is also being looked at as a way to promote the bus system to students. To read the full story, click here.
