WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. — Riders and Palm Beach County Commissioners confronted Palm Tran executive director Chuck Cohen about delays and extra-long rides for elderly people and others with serious health issues resulting from a new paratransit contract, The Palm Beach Post reported. Many commissioners said they received several complaints starting in mid-August, when Metro Mobility took over the contract.
