HONOLULU — A shipment of about 3,000 tons of steel was received for the Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation’s new rail project, with two more shipments expected by January, KITV.com reports.
In the meantime, state archeologists are studying human remains that were found along the proposed route. City officials said the archeological trenching work is ahead of schedule, with 200 trenches completed and fewer than 30 to go. To read the full story, click here.
