VANCOUVER — The C-Tran board will discuss what to do next at a retreat meeting in January, following the rejection of a sales tax increase to pay for light rail by voters this election season. Proposition 1 would have raised the sales tax rate in C-Tran's service district by 0.1 percentage point, reports The Columbian.
