N.H. seeks more funds for paratransit

STRATHAM, N.H. — COAST bus service asked communities to contribute more in funds as demand for an Americans with Disabilities Act requirement for door-to-door pickup has increased by approximately 50% per year over the past few years, Seacoastonline reported.

In COAST's service area there are about 30 ADA riders who are regular or heavy users of the service, the agency’s executive director told the paper. For the full story, click here.
