MADISON, Wis. — Campus groups at the University of Wisconsin, Madison are promoting a new city ordinance that allows private cabs more area access after the decision was made to end the SAFEcab program last year, The Badger Herald reported.

The Associated Students of Madison Student Services Finance Committee voted to cut the SAFEcab service at the end of last spring semester. A committee spokesperson told the paper that the service was “expensive and underutilized.” For the full story, click here.
