Arapahoe County and the Denver Regional Council of Governments (DRCOG) renewed their contracts with First Transit, operating as First Ride, for another two years. Both organizations rely on First Ride to transport passengers ages 60 and up to and from medical and nutritional appointments.

“What we love most about our work is helping seniors remain as independent as possible. We’ve had the privilege of serving Arapahoe County and DRCOG since 2007 and would like to thank the community for trusting us year after year,” said GM Margaret Rendon.

A fleet of eight First Transit and four Arapahoe County vehicles provide the Arapahoe County and DRCOG services. The company also provides drivers, maintenance and management staff.
