SAN ANTONIO — VIA Metropolitan Transit introduced a new taxi subsidy service to extend its paratransit service offerings, according to the San Antonio Business Journal.

The subsidy program covers up to $9 of a Yellow Cab taxi trip taken by a registered VIAtrans customer on a weekday. Customers must provide their VIAtrans ID numbers when scheduling the trip and let Yellow Cab know if they use a walker or a mobility device. For the full story, click here.
