TULSA, Okla. — The state finalized the sale of the Sooner Sub rail line this week, with the new owner agreeing to a trial passenger rail service linking the Tulsa and Oklahoma City metros that could become permanent, reported NBC2 Tulsa.

The trial service is expected to start in the early part of next year. It will likely run between Sapulpa and Midwest City, but supporters hope a permanent service eventually links downtown Tulsa to downtown Oklahoma City. For the full story, click here.
