Proterra makes Global Cleantech 100 List again

Proterra has made the Global Cleantech 100 List for the second consecutive year.

The List honors private clean technology companies from around the world who display innovative ideas and represent the highest potential market impact.

Proterra buses have logged nearly 500,000 miles of revenue service in cities across the United States. King County Metro, TARC, MTA, VIA Metropolitan, CATbus and STARMetro are a few of the many Proterra customers around the country.

There 100 honorees were narrowed down from nearly 6,000 companies in 60 countries.

Depending on battery option and drive cycle, LightningElectric will have an electric range of up to 125 miles, and a payload capacity of up to 3,500 pounds. Ford Motor Co.’s vehicle warranty covers vehicles with the LightningElectric upfit, and Ford Motor Credit financing is available.
