PARAMUS, N.J. — The Record reported that Bergen Community College launched a new shuttle bus service that will transport students between the school’s Lyndhurst and Paramus campuses. The two buses make stops every half hour for the approximately 12-mile trip.

The service is funded with a three-year Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality grant from the Federal Transportation Administration, a county spokesperson told the paper. The grant will provide $211,612 each year, enough to pay for the two buses and part of the salaries of the two drivers. For the full story, click here.
