ATLANTA — Keith Parker, CEO of the Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) said a campaign to change perceptions about the agency will be key to the future of the public transit service, according to Reporter Newspapers. Parker noted that services need to be fixed in order to gain support for system expansion.
