The tentative agreement must be ratified by the BART Board of Directors at its next regularly scheduled September meeting before taking effect.
The entire project would create and/or support approximately 13,000 direct and indirect jobs and generate $1.2 billion in economic activity according to the American Public Transportation Association’s formula.
Review should take approximately four months and the cost of the contract is $127,688.
