MISSOULA, Mont. — Some university district residents have complained about UDASH buses driving down their streets because of late-night noise and requested a route change, but students argue that could weaken access for disabled students, montanakaimin.com reported.
The Associated Students of the University of Montana has promised, in response to the residents’ complaints, to only run new, less noisy buses at night. The Office of Transportation equipped two buses with new mufflers, one of which cost $3,000, to quiet the buses. For the full story, click here.
