Daimler Buses North America announced organization changes to the Product Support Management Team, consolidating all of its Product Support functions for all brands under Daimler Buses Product Support, headed by Steve Batho, vice president, product support.
For the Setra brand, Paul Conover is transitioning into the role of manager, service engineering. Conover will focus on managing field issues for all brands, from first report to delivering customer solutions as quickly as possible, while ensuring that the solutions are validated and tested.
Meanwhile, Eddie Stout has taken over the supervision of Daimler's Setra Product Support Field Team. Stout has previously served as head of Setra's Training Academy.
