After a joint competitive procurement, the cities of Beverly Hills and West Hollywood have each selected to retain MV Transportation Inc. as their transportation contractor.

Although each city will execute a separate contract for these services, the cities jointly issued an RFP for fixed route and demand response services. The West Hollywood City Council approved the award of a $10.1 million contract, while the Beverly Hills City Council approved the award of a $4.6 million contract to MV. Each of the seven-year base term (with three, one-year options) contracts began July 1.

MV will continue to maintain 12 vehicles for the City of West Hollywood and seven vehicles (including two trolleys) for the City of Beverly Hills.
