TranSystems; Stone Consulting & Design Inc. of Warren, Pa.; and Lomarado Group of Denver completed a merger to a single entity under TranSystems’ Passenger Rail and Transit Sector.
Stone and Lomarado provide downtown streetcar planning and design, which will help boost TranSystems’ low cost downtown circulation system engineering business. Harvey Stone, who formed Stone Consulting & Design in 1996 will run TranSystems’ new Warren, Pa. office, while Lomarado Group founder Jim Graebner will head its Streetcar Planning Task Force.
