As part of its recent brand integration strategy, DaimlerChrysler Commercial Buses North America (DCCBNA) has changed the name of its CoachWorld of Orlando Service Facility to DaimlerChrysler Commercial Buses Parts & Service Center of Orlando. DCCBNA has also opened a new service facility in Secaucus, N.J., to serve its Northeast customers. “The name change is merely a continuation of the process started in September to better reflect that our service locations can accommodate all of our commercial bus brands,” said Patrick Scully, chief commercial officer for DCCBNA. The New York Service Center in Secaucus, which opened Nov. 15, is the third company-operated center for DCCBNA and can accommodate mechanical and paint/body repairs for all of its commercial buses.
