WILMINGTON, Del. — In an effort to upgrade its cuisine, Amtrak hired some of the most accomplished chefs in the country to brainstorm hipper, more healthful dishes for the rail service’s menus, according to the Washington Post.
Despite their talent, chefs on trains would face particular logistical challenges, including limited equipment and storage space and items must be able to endure the sometimes bumpy ride. For the full story, click here.
