VANCOUVER, B.C. — Skytrain transit officials told The Vancouver Sun that dozens of offenders who have been arrested for crimes on the transit system may be on a “no-go list,” banning them from riding the system at any time. Being on the list makes them eligible for arrest if they breach any of their conditions.
However, police say, the list is difficult to enforce. Even if a judge approves a no-go listing, there’s no stopping offenders from boarding a bus or train once they’re released. For the full story, click here.
