Web Poll: Does your paratransit operation have a no-show, cancellation policy?

THOUSAND OAKS, Calif. — The local City Council approved a new policy that would establish consequences for Senior Dial-A-Ride and Americans with Disabilities Act riders who frequently don't show up at their requested pickup times or who give less than two hours' notice when they cancel, according to the Thousand Oaks Acorn.

Beginning in April, customers who routinely don't show could see their riding privileges suspended for as long as 30 days. For the full story, click here.
