Allegheny Port Authority riders feel pain of cuts

[IMAGE]Port-Authority-of-Allegheny-County-bus-2.jpg[/IMAGE]PITTSBURGH — Riders were forced to adjust their schedules and deal with crowded buses and trolleys running fewer trips as Port Authority of Allegheny County’s 15 percent service reductions went into effect on Monday, WTAE.com reported.
