Kansas transit plans tech upgrade

TOPEKA, Kan. — The Topeka Metropolitan Transit Authority’s long-range planning committee is looking into the possibility of upgrading its system to include technological features such as bus tracking, QR codes, automatic passenger counters, security codes and ticket vending machines, cjonline.com reported.
