Advocate: Detroit should focus on bus over rail

DETROIT — Neil Greenberg, a transit advocate, told MLive that transit “does not always mean rail projects and political posturing,” Detroit’s M-1 rail project is more about real estate development than transit, and that improving the bus system is key to making transportation better in Detroit.
