U.K. bus operator, National Express Group, will undertake design and development work on a new depot facility in Walworth, South London under agreement with Transport for London. The agreement will initially involve the drawing up of a new depot specification to redevelop the existing unused Walworth bus depot in Camberwell. This will be followed by the project of managing the refurbishment of the depot which is scheduled to re-open early in 2004. Upon completion, the depot will hold up to 120 buses.
