CashCode acquired by Crane

CashCode Co. Inc. has been acquired by Crane Co., a diversified manufacturer of industrial products. Cashcode, headquartered in Concord, Ontario, specializes in niche applications for banknote validation, storage and recycling devices for use in transportation and other industries. The company will be working with National Rejector's Inc., a Crane company, to jointly offer an ehanced range of currency systems to the market. Crane Merchandising Systems, another unit of Crane, will oversee the CashCode operation.
