CHSRA taps PB for program management

The California High-Speed Rail Authority (CHSRA) has selected Parsons Brinckerhoff (PB) to oversee the design and construction of the state’s high-speed passenger train system. As program manager, PB will facilitate mitigation measures and monitor agreements between the lead agencies and the state and federal regulatory and resource agencies. PB will also assist CHSRA in adopting a contracting strategy for the construction and ultimate operation of the high-speed train service.
