Architecture, engineering and consulting firm, HDR has acquired PHAROS Corp., a real estate and right-of-way consulting firm based in Edmonds, Wash. The new alliance will do business as HDR/PHAROS.
Under the new corporate structure, PHAROS President Judith Shulman will be senior vice president and director of HDR’s right-of-way program, with Executive Vice President Jay Larson serving as vice president.
Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
