Austin, C.E. White purchase outstanding stock

Cleveland-based Austin Capital Partners and C.E. White Co. announced that they have acquired all the outstanding stock of C.E. White from its previous owner, Kibler Street Investments.


“This transition highlights the greatness of this country where capital investment firms can combine with experienced management teams, resulting in products and services that are driven by passion and entrepreneurialism,” said Tony Everett, C.E.’s president and CEO. “Bottom line, customers, employees and investors all benefit from the better products, better service and better results.”  


The C. E. White Co. is a 71-year-old school bus and transportation seating manufacturer located in New Washington, Ohio.
