The AARP named Hartford, Conn.-based CTTransit among the top 50 companies to work for, for employees over 50.
“CTTRANSIT has demonstrated progressive policies and programs for workers over 50 and has earned the honor,” said AARP State Director Brenda Kelley.
Benefits that CTTransit offer to all employees include learning and development programs, flexible/alternative work schedules, comprehensive health and medical coverage, and more.
Forty-seven percent of CTTransit’s employees are over the age of 50 and have an average of 19 years of service.
