Jay Mezher, a licensed architect with more than 20 years of experience, has joined Mott MacDonald as digital delivery leader for the North American region.

Based in Seattle, Mezher will participate in digital delivery strategic planning and will expand Mott MacDonald’s project delivery capabilities through the implementation of new and emerging tools and progressive workflows.

Nick DeNichilo, president/CEO of Mott MacDonald in North America, said, “Digital delivery has become a strategic advantage in a competitive marketplace. Jay Mezher’s expertise will help us to leverage virtual design, Building Information Modeling (BIM), and other digital approaches to deliver projects faster and at lower cost.”

With more than 17 years at a major engineering firm, Mezher has participated in projects including California High-Speed Rail, the Amtrak B&P Tunnel in Baltimore, East Side Access, the Second Avenue Subway, LaGuardia International Airport, the Eurasia Tunnel in Istanbul, and many others.
