Greyhound purchased 33 Prevost X3-45 vehicles for its new BoltBus operation and an additional 17 for its line-haul fleet.

The new BoltBus coaches are equipped with a WiFi router, video entertainment systems and 110-volt plug-in capability, as well as comfortable seats with extra legroom. The entire BoltBus fleet is wheelchair-accessible.

BoltBus, headquartered in Secaucus, N.J., offers long-range express commuter service between New York, Washington, D.C., Philadelphia and Boston. At least one $1 fare is available each day on every scheduled run. Other fares vary depending on travel dates, overall passenger demand and the number of advance booking days.
