Would include increased bus services, improvements for existing bus stops, a rail station, and light rail plans between the university and Durham. It would be partially funded by a half-cent sales tax.
The 9.4-mile alignment would run from Uptown Charlotte to the UNC Charlotte campus and include 11 light rail stations and four parking facilities.
