Report: Driver caused Calif. coach crash

SAN FRANCISCO — According to a preliminary report by the California Highway Patrol, the driver in the April 28 accident failed to negotiate a curve on the U.S. 101 overpass, causing the bus to hit a guardrail and overturn. For the full story, click here.

 

Amtrak: High-speed rail unrealistic

Report: BRT cheaper than rail to Oakland airport
