Port Authority upgrades Website, joins Twitter

On Tuesday, the Port Authority revamped its PATH Website and started a Twitter pilot program called “PATH Tweet.”

The new interactive Website allows riders to access schedules and destination information more easily, and learn about changes and upgrades to the PATH system, including the addition of 340 new railcars.

In addition to the electronic alerts that customers can opt to receive on their mobile device or through e-mail, passengers also can follow the agency's PATH Twitter account for service information, events and other customer service questions.
