REI introduces YouTube, electronic catalog

Radio Engineering Industries introduced a new electronic catalog, http://ipaperus.ipaperus.com/REI/2010Catalog/ and YouTube page, www.youtube.com/watch?v=OMuGDC9EdaU.

The YouTube page features videos about REI's BUS-WATCH product, including a DVR demo and school bus sample.

Meanwhile, the new electronic catalog enables customers to view all of REI's products, as well as create a personalized version of the catalog, navigate quickly and efficiently, and view the company's warranty policies.

REI says that it is attempting to elevate its customer service through these new Web-based media tools.
