RouteMatch to equip Indiana agency
Boone County Senior Services Inc., d/b/a Boone County Transit coordinated a procurement on behalf of 13 non-urbanized area transit systems in the State of Indiana that have received grant funds under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009
RouteMatch Software Inc. announced that Boone County Transit in Indiana selected RouteMatch TS software, its flagship intelligent transportation system (ITS) software for automated routing, scheduling and coordination.
Boone County Senior Services Inc., d/b/a Boone County Transit coordinated a procurement on behalf of 13 non-urbanized area transit systems in the State of Indiana that have received grant funds under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009. RouteMatch Software was also selected by several other non-urbanized area transit systems off of this procurement.
The Federal Transit Administration (FTA) provided funding to the Indiana Department of Transportation under the authority provided in 49 U.S.C. § 5311. The procurement was conducted as a cooperative offering a diverse range of software system products and established a schedule of prices for a complete software package including all licensing, installation, database conversion, third-party mapping products, training, hosting and one-year warranty costs.
