Spokane, Wash. trolley bus plan gets mixed reviews

SPOKANE, Wash. — The City of Spokane, Wash., and the Spokane Transit Authority are in the early stages of developing a plan for an electric trolley bus line that would carry passenger from the historic Browne's Addition neighborhood to Gonzaga University, according to a KXLY.com report.
