More students cause U. of Miss. bus overcrowding

OXFORD, Miss.  — Due to a spike in student enrollment this semester, Oxford University Transit and University of Mississippi students are dealing with late and crowded buses, The DMonline reported.

A transit official attributed the significant jump in ridership to city riders as well as university students, and while this issue often comes up at the beginning of a new school year, the system may be limited in ways to cope because of budget constraints. For the full story, click here.
