Texas St. University urges students to increase transportation fee

SAN MARCOS, Texas — Transportation officials at Texas State University are asking students to vote on a bus fee increase from $78 to $95 for the fall 2014 semester through a referendum while Associated Student Government elections occur, according The University Star.

Transportation officials said students can expect to a see a drop in bus-service hours, elimination of underutilized routes and other modifications if the referendum does not pass. For the full story, click here.
