URS Corp. acquired most of the assets of Tryck Nyman Hayes Inc. (TNH), an engineering firm that is based in Anchorage, Alaska.
TNH, with a staff of approximately 60 engineers, landscape architects and surveyors serves federal, state and local government agencies as well as private sector clients. Its experience in the design of highways, bridges, ports and rail systems will compliment URS’ existing Alaskan capabilities in environmental planning and design, according to URS.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
