STV Inc. acquired Civil Structures Inc., a Dallas-based bridge and highway design firm. The new group, called STV/Civil Structures will continue to operate in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex and become part of STV's transportation & infrastructure division.

"This acquisition allows STV to continue its expansion of services in Texas, particularly in the Dallas/Fort Worth area," said Dominick M. Servedio, P.E., STV chairman/CEO. In Houston, STV has been providing engineering and construction management services for multiple projects ranging from pipelines and pump stations to automation and control systems.
