N.C.’s LYNX may cut $200M from Blue Line

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The Charlotte Area Transit System is considering cutting $200 million from the cost of its planned Blue Line extension, which could be as high as $1.1 billion, charlotteobserver.com reports.
