Portland, Ore. to vote on rail spending

MILWAUKIE, Ore. — Voters in Oregon’s Clackamas County will go to the polls next week to make a decision on Ballot Measure 3-401, which would require county commissioners to get voter approval to spend money on new rail systems, Oregon Public Broadcasting reported.
