BART GM resigns

After nearly 19 years of service, Dorothy Dugger, the first female to lead the agency, will leave the position on April 22. Dugger and the BART board of directors reached a mutual agreement, whereby BART will pay her $958,000 for her resignation.

Nashville MTA, RTA fill GM posts

Lora Baulsir, who most recently served as director of customer care for the MTA and chief administrative officer for the RTA, now serves as the full-time GM of the RTA, while Bob Baulsir, who previously served as COO, now serves as GM, administration, for MTA and RTA.
