The C-train concept, developed by Jacob Innovations, is an automated mass transit mode of elevated lightweight trains with seating room only. The design eliminates need for depots - via capability to travel on upper and lower wheels by switching vertically between tracks and be stored vertically above the tracks. The cTrain system can be built quickly and cheaply with exiting technologies.

A preliminary investigation found that the suspect was disruptive on the bus, yelling and cursing, while the driver was very professional and politely asked the man to calm down or he would have to get off the bus.
A key component of the campaign is the Dumbs Ways to Die three-minute animated music video featuring 21 cartoon characters who deliver important safety messages in an unusual manner.
