Surveillance video obtained by the station shows the suspect snatching the unidentified driver’s purse while exiting the bus. The video later shows the suspect dragging the driver off the bus while she clings to her purse.
Staff in the main control room can now see exactly how many passengers have boarded a specific bus, can take over on-board cameras in an emergency and can redirect empty buses to fill service gaps when buses are running behind.

Wayfindr, a not-for-profit joint venture between ustwo and RLSB, will set the first standardized guidelines for using smartphones to guide vision impaired people in urban areas. The venture launches with major London Underground trial at Euston station and $1 million grant from Google.org to improve access for vision impaired people.
Station agents are now assisting riders outside of station booths by helping customers wherever they are located, answering questions and providing directional support, and more.
