Driver to take plea deal in UCONN student death

ROCKVILLE, Mass. — The lawyer of the University of Connecticut shuttle bus driver who struck and killed a student said he would take a plea bargain, according to AP.

The 22-year-old man was being charged with negligent homicide with a motor vehicle and failing to yield to a pedestrian in the March 22 accident in Westminster, Mass. For the full story, click here.
