U. of Michigan exploring alternatives to SafeRide program

ANN ARBOR, Mich. — The University of Michigan's student government is exploring the possibility of a late-night, off-campus bus route designed to supplement other forms of transportation such as SafeRide, the free late-night service that provides students transportation after the regular buses have stopped running, according to The Michigan Daily.

The plan is in its early stages, with rough drafts of potential bus routes and determining optimal bus ride lengths and the best bus stops being developed. For the full story, click here.
