SACRAMENTO, Calif. — With construction being delayed four or five months because of unexpected utility conflicts and heavy rains in March, Sacramento Regional Transit said Wednesday that it plans to have its Green Line light rail extension operating by August, according to KCRA.
The Green Line includes 1.1 miles of new track and two new stations. The project, which was originally scheduled to open this spring, is estimated to cost $44.4 million and serve about 3,200 daily round-trip passengers. For the full story, click here.
